No. Our retainer is month-to-month, and you can pause or adjust whenever your needs change. Pay-as-you-go has no commitment at all. We work around your business, not the other way around.
Retainer clients get priority access and can usually speak to us within a day or two. For pay-as-you-go, we'll fit you in based on urgency. One-off projects are scoped and scheduled upfront.
That's exactly why we offer flexibility. You might start with pay-as-you-go and move to a retainer as you grow, or vice versa. Just let us know and we'll adjust.
